I never thought I would get to do things on the bucket list, but I got to do one last night: I meet Neil Gaiman!
First we sat though a talk with Tom Stoppard…. He is a famous play write, one famous movie he wrote was Shakespeare in love. He was very interesting to listen to, and lived a very interesting life.
So, while we waiting to go back in to listen to Neil Gaiman, Amanda (his wife) jump up on the bar and started to play her ukulele and sing to us. She was great and so much fun to listen too…
We got to listen to Neil and about his books he has written and his life as a writer. Its amazing to hear that he went into all sorts of different fields of writing, and how much he enjoyed writing them all (except for Dr Who! (but later on enjoyed it))
Afterwards, I went and got his Autograph, in my Sandman Comics!
